Either party may terminate the service engagement with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Client remains responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date.
All templates, processes, tools, and materials developed by Cornerstone Site Operations Inc. remain our intellectual property. Clients may use deliverables created specifically for their projects but may not resell or redistribute our proprietary materials.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
